Taylor graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She continued her education by attending Lenoir Rhyne for her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor. Her previous counseling experience includes outpatient counseling for clients who had experienced recent trauma, as well as inpatient counseling at a Domestic Violence shelter. Taylor also has experience leading group counseling sessions.
Taylor uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, alongside other evidence-based treatment modalities during treatment. Taylor enjoys working with individuals of all ages and believes each person has the ability to uncover their full potential through counseling.
When she's not in the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and her younger brothers. She also enjoys reading, baking, and watching movies.
