Telehealth Appointment Instructions

1.  After scheduling your appointment and completing your Telehealth Consent form, at the time of your appointment, go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
2. Click on your provider’s virtual waiting room link. You will be prompted to download the appropriate software if necessary. ​​
3. Fill in your name and current location and click “Enter”. You will be prompted to download the appropriate software if necessary.​
4. Wait for your provider to connect with you.​
5. Have your appointment!

1. After scheduling your appointment and completing your Telehealth Consent form, at the time of your appointment. Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
2. Click on your provider’s virtual waiting room link via your mobile device.
3. You will be prompted to download the appropriate app (VSee Clinic). Click the link to begin download or be directed to the app.
4. Enter your provider’s Room ID (your provider’s first inital,last name ex: John Smith would be jsmith). Click “Next”.​
5. Enter your name and click “Enter”. Wait for your provider to connect with you.​
6. Have your appointment!

What You’ll Need:

• A private, safe space: Be ready at the time of your appointment in a secure, private environment of your choosing.
• A webcam: You can have your appointment via your home or work computer (via webcam), smart phone or tablet.
• Your Provider’s Virtual Waiting Room: At the time of the appointment, select your provider from our list to be directed to their “Virtual Waiting Room”. Make note of their Room ID for Mobile Appointments!
