Tremika R. Woodley is Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), licensed in North Carolina. Tremika is a Charlotte NC native and alumnus of Queens University of Charlotte, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. After 5 years of serving as an acute care travel nurse, she then attended South University obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing in 2016, focusing on adult/ geriatric care. Followed by a post- master’s certification in psychiatric- mental health nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2019. She has completed an extensive internship with Monarch Behavioral Health in 2018-19 and served as Assertive Community Treatment Team provider in 2017.
She brings an integrative medical approach with previous experience in wellness and primary healthcare as a Board-Certified Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), promoting dual access to care. Providing holistic care, a comprehensive model of treating the whole person with a focus on mind, body, spirit mindfulness and balance. Providing quality, safe, and competent care in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, motivational interviewing and health promotion. Specializing in treatment and management of children/adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, severe mental illness, neurocognitive disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and addiction medicine. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Metrolina Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.
