Stacy seeks to empower clients by focusing on the strengths and resilience of each person. She utilizes mindfulness techniques in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in her work with clients.
Stacy has experience working in a variety of settings including in-patient, clinics, and schools. She is passionate about working with children and adolescents, and has experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, anger management, and trauma.
In her free time, Stacy enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs. Stacy enjoys Pilates, traveling, and watching sports games. "
