Bob Risavi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York and North Carolina. He has a BS degree from Cornell University and a Masters Degree from Syracuse University. He has over 20 years of experience in the field. He works with children, adolescents, and adults to help them solve and cope with problems in their everyday lives.
Bob uses several styles of therapy depending on the individual and their particular needs. He does not believe in the ""one size fits all"" approach to therapy in the past. He shapes each indivudals therapy experience tpp their needs to yield the desired results in the quickest way possible. Bob believes that partnership is key to a successful therapy relationship. He views his role as a listener, a champion of his client's efforts, and knows that together he can help design a path through any turmoil his clients face. His passion is to help clients to utilize their strengths to create new behavior patterns for the challenges ahead.
