Provider type: Therapist
Serving: Adult/Adolescent/Children (Ages 6+)
Pamela graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from Kean University in 2012 and has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2015. Much of Pamela’s career has been working extensively with children, primarily teens, and their families as they work through depression, anxiety, family, peer and school related issues. The basis of her work stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectic Behavior Therapy.
Pamela believes that the client holds the responsibility for the type of work they do in therapy and will tailor the approach to meet the needs of each individual. She will often incorporate supplemental methods and creative means to help clients connect most effectively with their goals and progress. Pamela makes an effort to incorporate self care and her simple joys into every day and looks forward to helping you do the same.
In Pamela's free time, she loves finding new adventures with her family and hopes to learn to kayak and paddle board some time soon!
