About Paige Shaw, LCSW

Paige Shaw is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2019. She earned a BSW and MSW at The University of Kentucky. Paige can help a client by holding a space for them to come and share what has been on their mind, work through a specific challenge, help them learn how to regulate emotions, and/or improve communication. She offers different perspectives, coping skills, and a safe space to process. Paige meets the client where they are at with what they want to work on. This looks different for each age and individual, and she adapts to each client she is working with. Paige has experience working closely with children and family systems as a whole along with individual therapy with women of all ages. Her main areas of focus include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Paige’s approach is open and focused on holding a space for a client to process, problem solve, learn, or lend a listening ear. Outside of work, Paige enjoys walking her dog, practicing yoga, rooting on her sports teams, seeing friends, reality tv, traveling, and trying new spots to eat!
