"As the Clinical Director at LifeStance Health, Katherine Dickerson plays a large role in planning and overseeing client care within the practice. Katherine earned her B.S. in Psychology from North Carolina State University and her M.S. in Counselor Education from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Katherine has over fourteen years of experience in the fields of substance abuse and mental health working in inpatient and outpatient settings. Katherine also provides clinical supervision to help new clinicians grow and develop in the field.
Katherine particularly enjoys working with people struggling with addiction, depression, and anxiety. She employs Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapies to help clients to progress towards their goals quickly and to better understand how their thoughts impact their feelings and behaviors.
