Colleen Marchese is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who truly believes in a person’s ability to work through complications that arise throughout life’s different phases, overwhelming emotions, negative self-image, and relationships to regain control of their lives when given the right tools and skills. She works towards helping clients learn, practice, and apply those tools and skills in order to move towards a happier and healthier future. She loves having the trust and ability to step into a client’s life in order to work together to reach their goals.
Colleen has experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations in the intensive outpatient and regular outpatient settings. She also has experience working with individuals who are suffering from everyday issues to critical and crisis-related issues. Colleen utilizes techniques from solution-focused therapy, cognitive and dialectical therapy (CBT)/(DBT)
It can seem like a scary decision to talk to, essentially, a stranger about your life. However, the therapeutic process is something Colleen finds great joy in, as well as being able to help people through their life stressors and would love the opportunity to work with you.
