Ashley treats patients starting 15 years old. Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor who obtained a Master of Education in clinical mental health counseling from Winthrop University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens University of Charlotte. Ashley has been working in the mental health field for over 8 years and has experience with an array of different client populations through different positions held at a behavioral health agency. Ashley believes that everyone has the power to overcome their negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors and take control of their own life. Ashley uses CBT and person-centered, solution-focused interventions when working with clients and has experience with kids, adolescents, parents, and families. In Ashley’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter as well as the rest of her family in NC. She loves watching football, cheering for the Atlanta Falcons, and visiting her grandparents and extended family in Georgia. Ashley also enjoys cooking, music, social events, and spending time with friends.
